Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) contractor, Missouri Petroleum, of St. Louis, Mo., is kicking off the Tyler District’s annual summer seal coat operations which helps preserve roadways. Workers will begin working on the list of 16 projects starting on Monday, August 7, and ending on Monday, Sept. 18.
