Garet Leverett, 30, of Bullard, was recently indicted for fleeing from officers during an evening pursuit Thursday, Oct. 20, in Tyler, according with officials with the Texas Department of Public Safety. more
Texas Comptroller Glenn Hegar recently announced he will send cities, counties, transit systems and special purpose taxing districts a total of $619.7 million in local sales tax allocations for the month of March. The amount sent out by Hegar’s office represents a 5.8 percent increase from the amount released in March 2016. more
