A Bullard man who was the subject of a strange arrest situation in March was indicted by a jury on one charge last week. The suspect, identified as Justin Carsten, 22, of Bullard, was indicted by the jury on Thursday, June 1, on one count of Assault on a Public Servant after he allegedly bit a deputy with the Smith County Sheriff’s Office who was attempting to restrain Carsten. more
