Tyler Junior College recently announced the names of a total of 40 graduates receiving degrees from the Associate Degree Nursing program for May 2017. The TJC Associate Degree Nursing program is a 60-credit-hour curriculum that leads to an Associate of Applied Science degree. Graduates are eligible to apply for the National Council Licensure Examination for Registered Nurses (NCLEX-RN) as defined by the Texas Board of Nursing. more

The Bullard Independent School District Board of Trustees welcomed one new member recently elected, as well as two current members recently re-elected, to the school’s district governing body during the final regular school board meeting of the school year, held Thursday, May 18, inside the Bullard High School Audry B. Owens Auditorium. Brian Vestal, the newest trustee on the Bullard ISD Board of Trustees, was sworn in alongside the board’s president, Dr. John Alexander, and returning trustee Tony Johnson, as Secretary to the Superintendent Ashlee Jones administered the Oath of Office at the meeting. The Bullard ISD Board of Trustees received the canvassed voting results of the Elections for the Board of Trustees. more
With the 2016-2017 school year ending, Bullard Independent School District recently announced the restructuring and reorganization of several administrative positions for the upcoming school year. In an email to Bullard ISD employees, Superintendent Todd Schneider stated that the newly announced administrative leadership positions were created through a reorganizational restructure of the district, with no additional administrative positions actually added to Bullard ISD. more
