The Bullard High School Panther and Lady Panther varsity tennis teams closed out their fall season last week with a trip to the Area Semi-Final round. In the semi-final round, the teams suffered a loss to the Wills Point Tiger tennis program, ending the fall season for the Panthers with a 6-6 record and a third place finish in district play. more
A member of the Brook Hill Guard varsity football team is being honored for his efforts on the gridiron this season, as senior offensive and defensive lineman Colby White was recently recognized as the CHRISTUS Trinity Mother Frances Player of the Week. more

Bullard Panthers 7, Carthage Bulldogs 41, FINAL BHS: 0 0 0 7 - 7 CHS: 14 20 7 0 - 56 Continuing their prowl through the 2017 regular season, the Bullard Panther varsity football team was back in gridiron action, this time traveling to face off against the Carthage Bulldogs, ranked as the top team in Class 4A Division 1, in a district showcase Friday, Oct. 27, at Carthage High School. The Bulldogs wasted no time in making their way into the end zone during the first quarter of play, moving past the Panther defense for a 54-yard rushing touchdown. Carthage’s extra point attempt after the score was successful, putting the Bulldogs ahead of the Panthers, 7-0. more
Returning to action last week was the Bullard Panther and Lady Panther varsity cross country teams, as the teams traveled their way to compete in the UIL 4A Region II Cross Country Championship Meet, held Monday, Oct. 23, at Lynn Creek Park in Grand Prairie, hosted by the University of Texas at Arlington athletic department. more
