Bullard Panthers 5, Marshall Mavericks 7, FINAL BHS: 3 0 0 1 0 0 1 - 5 MHS: 0 0 4 1 2 0 X - 7 Making their way back onto the field last week was the Bullard Panther varsity baseball team, as the Panthers loaded the bus and traveled to compete against the Marshall Mavericks Monday, March 5, at Marshall High School. The Panthers were quick to prowl their way onto the scoreboard, with a total of three runners crossing home plate in the top of the first inning. more
The Bullard Panther and Lady Panther junior varsity and varsity track and field teams continued their prowl through the 2018 schedule, as the teams played the part of host for the annual Panther Relays, held Thursday, March 8, at Bullard High School’s Panther Stadium. Along with Bullard, other teams competing at the 2018 Panther Relays included teams from Alba-Golden, All Saints, Arp, Cumberland Academy, Kilgore, Mineola, Nacogdoches, Palestine, Rusk, and West Rusk. Sluggers representing the Bullard Panther baseball and Lady Panther softball teams are preparing to step up to the plate and knock it out of the park, as the second annual BHS Home Run Derby fundraiser event is scheduled for 5:30 p.m. Monday, March 12. Taking part in this year’s event will be members of the Lady Panther varsity softball team, coached by Megan Dobrinski, as well as the Panther varsity baseball team, coached by Brock Lemire. more
Bullard Lady Panthers 3, Athens Lady Hornets 2, FINAL Resuming their district schedule last week, the Bullard Lady Panther varsity soccer team loaded the bus and traveled to face off against the Athens Lady Hornets Tuesday, Feb. 27, at Athens High School. more
Several members of the Bullard Panther and Lady Panther varsity powerlifting teams were able to compete against some of the strongest athletes from around the East Texas area at Regional Powerlifiting Meets last week. Brook Hill Lady Guard 19, John Tyler Lady Lions 0, FINAL BH: 6 5 5 3 - 19 JT: 0 0 0 X - 0 The Brook Hill Lady Guard varsity softball team made its way back into action last week, as the team competed at the Whitehouse Softball Tournament, held Thursday through Saturday, March 1-3, at Whitehouse High School. In the first round of the Whitehouse Softball Tournament, the Lady Guard was matched up against the John Tyler Lady Lions. more
Bullard Panthers 5, Lindale Eagles (JV) 4, FINAL To begin a new week of play, the Bullard Panther varsity soccer team loaded the bus and made its way to Lindale High School for a bout against the Lindale Eagles’ junior varsity team Monday, Feb. 26. The visiting Panthers’ offense proved to effectively prowl past the home team Eagles’ defense throughout the contest, as a total of five goals were kicked by Bullard past the Lindale goalie. more
Brook Hill Guard 1, Atlanta Rabbits 8, FINAL AHS: 0 1 0 7 - 8 BH: 0 0 0 1 - 1 The Brook Hill Guard varsity baseball team marched back into the 2018 season last week, as the team traveled to compete at the Lindale Baseball Tournament, held Thursday through Saturday, March 1-3, at Lindale High School. more
