The Bullard Panther and Lady Panther junior varsity and varsity cross country teams raced their way back onto the trails last week, as the teams loaded the bus and traveled to compete in the Lindale Eagle Invitational Cross Country Meet, held Thursday, Oct. 5, at Garden Valley Golf Course. more
A member of the Bullard Panther varsity football team has been recognized with a regional award for his efforts on the gridiron in the team’s most recent gridiron battle. Ty Crayton, a wide receiver and defensive back for the Panther varsity football team, was named as the Week 5 winner of the American State Bank Player of the Week award, announced last week. more
After observing the annual bye week in their schedule, the Bullard Panther varsity football team will return to the field to continue competing in Class 4A Division 1’s Region 3 District 9. Currently, the Panthers hold a 1-4 overall record, 0-1 in district play. The Panthers’ lone victory so far this season came against the Commerce Tigers for Homecoming (44-24), while suffering losses against the Malakoff Tigers (48-34), Groesbeck Goats (24-21), Brownsboro Bears (49-35), and most recently against the Center Roughriders (39-35). more
All Saints Def. Brook Hill 25-16, 25-9, 25-17 The Brook Hill Lady Guard varsity volleyball team continued its march through the 2017 season last week, as the team hosted a district matchup Thursday, Oct. 5, against the Tyler All Saints Lady Trojans at Herrington SportsCenter. In the first set, the Lady Guard and Lady Trojans fought hard against each other for control of the game's momentum early. The visiting All Saints squad brought their tricky offensive schemes with them on the road game, confusing the home team Brook Hill squad en route to claiming the first set win, 25-16. more
Back in action last week, the Brook hill Guard varsity and middle school cross country programs traveled the short distance to Tyler to compete in the Tyler Grace Community Invitational Cross Country Meet, held Saturday, Oct. 7, at South Springs Baptist Church. more

Kilgore 25-18, 25-9, 25-17 In Class 4A Region 2 District 15 play last week, the Bullard Lady Panther varsity volleyball team continued their prowl through their 2017 schedule, as the team played the part of host for a district battle against the Kilgore Lady Bulldogs Tuesday, Oct. 3, at Bullard's Panther Gymnasium. more
The Bullard Rotary Club announced a change in the schedule to its upcoming fourth annual golf tournament event, to be held Monday, Oct. 9, at Eagle’s Bluff Country Club, located at 700 N. Eagle’s Bluff Blvd. Originally scheduled to feature two flights for players hitting the links in support of the Bullard Rotary Club, the tournament will now feature just an afternoon flight, with registration beginning at 10:30 a.m. with a lunch served at 11:30 a.m. and a 1 p.m. tournament shotgun start. more
