Bullard Panthers 12, Rains Wildcats 11, FINAL BHS: 1 6 2 0 2 0 1 - 12 RHS: 1 0 8 0 2 0 0 - 11 The Bullard Panther varsity baseball team made its way back onto the field of play last week, as the team loaded the bus and traveled to battle against the Rains Wildcats Monday, Feb. 26, at Rains High School in Emory. Both teams began the contest with offensive success, as the Panthers and the Wildcats plated one run each in the first inning. more

Bullard Lady Panthers 5, Carthage Lady Bulldogs 6, FIN BHS: 1 0 0 0 0 1 3 - 5 CHS: 1 0 0 0 5 0 X - 6 The Bullard Lady Panther varsity softball team swung back into action last week, as the team loaded the bus and traveled to battle against the Carthage Bulldogs Monday, Feb. 26. Both the Lady Panthers and Lady Bulldogs were able to start the game off by lighting up the scoreboard with one run each. more
Bullard Lady Panthers 1, hapel Hill Lady Bulldogs 2, FINAL Making their way back onto the field of play last week was the Bullard Lady Panther varsity soccer team, as the team continued in district play by traveling on a rain-soaked night to take on the Chapel Hill Lady Bulldogs Wednesday, Feb. 21, at Chapel Hill High School. The visiting team Bullard was able to withstand the test from the home team Chapel Hill in the first half of play, as both teams held their opponent scoreless, setting up a 0-0 tie at the halftime intermission. Once resuming play, the Lady Panther offense found success in moving the ball down the field, putting the ball past the Lady Bulldogs’ goalkeeper one in the second half. more
With rods and reels in hand, the Bullard High School Panther Fishing Club returned to the water recently, as the program competed in the fourth Texas High School Bass Association event of the 2017-2018 season, held Saturday, Feb. 17, on Lake O’ the Pines. At the event, the Bullard Panther Fishing Club was able to hook success by the jaw, reeling in a second place team finish in the field of 20 other THSBA East Division schools participating in the tightly contested tournament. more

Bullard Lady Panthers 3, Rusk Lady Eagles 1, FINAL RHS: 0 0 0 1 0 0 0 - 1 BHS: 1 0 2 0 0 0 X - 3 The Bullard Lady Panther varsity softball team was back in action last week, as the team’s first contest of the week, against the Rusk Lady Eagles, was moved up to Monday, Feb. 19 due to rainy weather. The home team Lady Panthers was the first team to light up the scoreboard in their favor in the contest against the Lady Eagles, scoring one run in the bottom of the first inning. more
Bullard Lady Panthers 42, Tatum Lady Eagles 60, FINAL BHS: 12 8 13 10 - 42 THS: 15 16 17 12 - 60 Continuing their prowl through the playoff picture last week was the Bullard Lady Panther varsity basketball team, as the postseason bracket placed the team in a Regional Quarterfinal matchup against the Tatum Lady Eagles Tuesday, Feb. 20, at Gladewater High School. In the first quarter of play, Bullard and Tatum were caught up in a struggle for the flow of momentum early, as the Lady Eagles soared to 15 points of offense, compared to the 12 points netted by the Lady Panthers. more
Brook Hill Guard 3, White Oak Roughnecks 0, FINAL WHS: 0 0 0 0 0 0 - 0 BH: 0 0 1 1 1 X - 3 The Brook Hill Guard varsity baseball team marched its way back onto the field last week, as the team faced off against strong opposition at the Rains Baseball Tournament, held Thursday through Saturday, Feb. 22-24, at Rains High School. more
