“Coach” William Robert Dwain Brown


“Coach” William Robert Dwain Brown was born September 22, 1979 in Tyler, TX and passed away January 20, 2018 in Wills Point, TX.

William graduated from Bullard High School in 1998. He then earned his B.A. in Health and Kinesiology from the University of Texas at Tyler. After earning his degree, William started his teaching and coaching career. William coach and taught in Malakoff ISD, El Campo ISD and Willis Point ISD.

William is survived by his dad, David Brown, of Forney, TX; his brother, David Brown II, and his wife, Flora, and their sons, Avery and Logan, of Forney, TX: his brother, Christopher Ray Brown, his wife, Alicia and their daughter, Annabelle, and son, Gage, of Bullard, TX. He also leaves behind several aunts, uncles, cousins and a host of friends, colleagues, and students who played very important roles in his life.

A Celebration of William’s life was held Saturday, January 27, at Bullard High School’s Audry B. Owens Auditorium, with Zach Snow officiating.
