MINEOLA – Artist Richard Braun of Lindale won the Best of Show Award at the recent Mineola League of the Arts annual show, club officials announced.
Braun’s drawing of “Buddy’’ took top honors as did Dodie Singler of Lindale’s “Chihuly Take Off’’ in the Best of Professional watercolor category.
MLOTA officials said 49 artists were entered, with 158 entries and 29 of those from junior artists.
The show takes place each year during the second weekend of April.
