How To Reset Sky Q
Resetting your Sky Q box is a great way to start with a clean slate when you’re experiencing technical issues. It’s also an ideal way to troubleshoot any connectivity or performance problems you may be having with your box. Here’s how you can reset your Sky Q box:
Step 1: Unplug Your Sky Q Box
The first step is to turn off your Sky Q box by unplugging the power cord from the back of the box. After unplugging the power cord, wait at least 10 seconds before plugging it back in. This will reset the box and give you a fresh start.
Step 2: Select “Reset”
